- Allows the use of a 2 bolt Strange Enginerring or Wilwood Brakes Master Cylinder (Manual Brake Conversion)
- Includes Mounting Hardware
- Rod-End adapter included at no charge when purchasing Firewall Plate and Master Cylinder together
Master Cylinders:
- C6 & C6 Corvette Plates work best with Midwest Machine Billet Brake Pedals
- A B3359TA 1.125 bore master cylinder is used with Strange 4 piston brakes on all 4 corners
- A B3360TA 1.032 bore master cylinder is used if the car doesn’t have 4 piston brakes on all 4 corners.
- TBM Brakes 2 Piston Front Brakes w/ 4 Piston Rear Brakes: .9375″ Bore (6:1 Ratio)
- TBM Brakes 4 Piston Front w/ 4 Piston Rear: 1.032” Bore (6:1-7:1 Ratio) or (XS3 OR F3—Both Calipers Use Identical 1.75″ Pistons)
- TBM Brakes: *Note: If the customer is using different brand front or rear brakes, we will want to go with no larger than a 1.032” bore master cylinder and no smaller than a .9375” bore master cylinder*
S10 Specific Note
- Verify which firewall you have before ordering, the same year S10/Blazer can have a different firewall (some angled firewalls, some near vertical)
Strange Adjustable Proportioning Valve
- Knob-Type Adjustable Proportioning Valve
- Allows less braking pressure to be applied to either the front or rear brakes by reducing line pressure
- Acts as a take-up cylinder
- Includes: 1/8 NPT – 3/16 Hardline Inlet and Outlet Port Adapter Fittings
